A deposit of 25% is required to secure the villa at the time of booking. Once paid, this is non-refundable. We always recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover for any cancellation or amendments to your travel plans.

The full balance will be required 8 weeks prior to departure.

For short term lets, the price includes regular pool cleaning, maintenance, utilities, air-conditioning, linen and free internet.

For lets of 28 days or more, the price includes regular pool cleaning, maintenance, first and last clean, first set of linen and free internet. Guests can be delivered fresh linen if required, at extra cost. Guests would be required to pay for utilities used.

Where there exists a minimum stay, that stay’s minimum rental will be required.

A surety deposit of £500 will be required at time of balance due. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inventory check.

Check-in is from 4.00pm and check-out is by 10.00am.
